The role holder is responsible for processing transfers of Government Securities within the CSD and processing of secondary trades.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Process and review broker registration and deregistration.
2. Process and review Sale orders for Bonds traded in the ATS system.
3. Register master repurchase agreements for HRT participants.
4. Process and review OTC trading of treasury bills.
5. Surveillance of OTC trading of treasury bills.
6. Carry out analysis of secondary market trade and prepare monthly reports.
7. Processing Gratis transfer trades.
8. Creation and cancellation of lien transactions.
9. Confirming settlement of securities and cash in RTGS and T-24 system.
10. Confirm accurate generation of accounting entries in T-24 system.
11. Receive and process investors are in order and process them in the DhowCSD system.
12. Respond to customer queries on secondary trading activities.
13. Carry out investor education activities on government securities.
14. Generate DhowCSD statements and lien certificates.
15. Generation of transaction reports.
16. Participate in secondary market development initiatives.
17. Participate in developing/reviewing secondary markets guidelines in liaison with market stakeholders.
18. Securely file all processed forms and documents for secondary trading.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics or Banking, Public Relations or similar field from a recognized institution.
At least three (3) years of relevant working experience.
